Title of project: Innovation Funding for DAG team
The primary objective of this project is to leverage advanced artificial intelligence technologies to refine and expand the capabilities of an existing tool that gathers feedback from refugees. The enhanced tool will aim to capture more nuanced, accurate, and diverse forms of feedback from the refugee community, enabling better response strategies and improving service delivery.

Key Goals
Enhanced Accuracy and Efficiency: Improve the AI algorithms to more accurately interpret and process refugee feedback, reducing errors and increasing the reliability of the data collected.

Increased Accessibility: Design the tool to be accessible to refugees with varying levels of literacy and technological proficiency. This may involve implementing multilingual support and intuitive user interfaces.

Real-Time Data Processing: Enable real-time processing and analysis of feedback to allow for swift actions and adjustments by decision-makers and frontline workers.

Data Privacy and Security: Strengthen data protection measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information provided by refugees.

Inclusive Feedback Mechanisms: Incorporate features that allow for collecting feedback through multiple channels (e.g., text, voice recognition) to accommodate different communication preferences and disabilities.

Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize machine learning techniques to analyze trends and patterns in the feedback, which can inform policy changes and improve resource allocation.

7. General Background of Project or Assignment:
Innovation funding Project:
DAG received $50,000 from HQ innovation funding to pilot a project aimed at expanding the existing refugee feedback system, which currently serves refugees in urban settings, to include refugees in camp populations as well. This project will be undertaken by the Data Analysis Group (DAG) with support from consultants. The goal is to develop and enhance a refugee-focused feedback system that improves service accessibility, data collection and analysis, and integrates seamlessly with existing workflow management systems.
