This new leadership role will drive the development of global and regional access strategies, pricing models, payer insights, and value communication frameworks to support pharmaceutical and biotech clients from early clinical phases through launch and beyond. You will bring deep expertise in market access, pricing, and reimbursement, and will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic recommendations are grounded in evidence and optimized for payer and HTA requirements. This role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, team development, and hands-on project delivery across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech sectors. Strategic Leadership & Practice Development Define and evolve RTI-HS’s market access and pricing strategy offerings in line with client needs, regulations, and industry trends. Drive innovation in methodologies and frameworks (e.g., pricing models, access playbooks, value frameworks). Expand capabilities in payer intelligence, pricing research, and value story development to support clients from early development through post-launch. Lead thought leadership initiatives to position RTI-HS as a market access authority. Client Engagement & Delivery Serve as senior advisor for key clients, ensuring high-impact, data-driven solutions. Lead engagements end-to-end, translating complex pricing and access challenges into clear, actionable strategies. Craft value messages tailored for payers, regulators, providers, and patient stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Evidence Synthesis and Reporting teams to align strategy with evidence and HTA requirements. Develop integrated evidence generation plans to support payer submissions and market readiness. Bridge value definition with real-world execution across functions. Business Development Drive BD efforts alongside Strategic Client Engagement and BD teams, from opportunity identification to proposal development. Shape new offerings and grow the client portfolio across therapeutic areas and geographies. Lead initiatives in launch sequencing, value communication, and payer insights.
