Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and the direct supervision of the National Project Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting countrywide institutional coordination, particularly in the context of the Enhancing protection, regularization and socio-economic integration of migrants and refugees from Venezuela and other relevant nationalities in the Latin America region Project. In addition, the candidate will also design, support and monitoring activities implemented by IOM, in relation to the social and economic integration of assisted migrants and refugees at Assis Brasil, in Acre State.
1. Conduct information sessions on the activities carried out by IOM to different audiences, whenever necessary.
2. Carry out documentary screening of those interested in obtaining/renewing residency in Brazil, together with the Brazilian authorities.
3. Daily data production for reports.

EDUCATION
· High School diploma with two (02) years of professional experience.
· University Degree in the areas of Social Sciences, Law, Public Policy, Human Rights, Population Studies, Intercultural Studies, International Relations or related areas, in Brazil or abroad with one (01) years of professional experience.
· Additional training course on issues related to humanitarian action would be a differential
EXPERIENCE
· Experience working within a team of colleagues from diverse cultures and professional backgrounds.
· Previous experience about international migrations and migration regularization procedures are differentials.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (word, excel, power point, outlook)
SKILLS
· Good organization, time management and prioritization skills
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Languages
IOM’s official languages are English, French, and Spanish.
REQUIRED
For this position, working knowledge in Spanish (oral and written).
