Result of ServiceUNRWA Launched the EMR system implementation to deliver a unified, secure, and patient-centered Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system that enhances the quality, efficiency, and continuity of healthcare services across all UNRWA health centres. To support this project initiative, we seek to recruit an experienced Systems/Data Integration Specialist who will be responsible for Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integration of data and systems to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient information flow across the EMR ecosystem. Work LocationAmman - Jordan Expected durationup to 12 months Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Consultant will be responsible designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integration of data and systems to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient information flow across the EMR ecosystem. Specific Outputs/Tasks include but not limited to: • Review current integrations/interfaces with external systems/DB’s • Analyze & architect newly requested integrations • Design and implement secure data exchange between the EMR and other systems. • Testing & Documentation • Go-Live & Post-Integration Support • Coordinate with internal/external teams. • Performs other related duties as required. DELIVERABLES • Review & Assessment • Analysis & Solution Architecture • Testing & Documentation • Deployment & Post-Integration Support • Post-Integration Support • Closure & Knowledge Transfer Qualifications/special skills• A university degree in information technology or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data/Systems management/data migration. • Strong knowledge in API Integration & Development (RESTful APIs, API protocols) Experience using tools like Postman, Swagger • Proficiency in DB Management - Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers) • Experience with integration platforms and its middleware tools. • Hands on experience in ETL and Data Transformation (Ability to extract, transform, and load data across systems, Familiar with data mapping, transformation rules, and format conversions. • Good understanding in Web Technologies (Understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, and API security (OAuth2, API keys) • Working knowledge of JSONPath, XPath, or similar query languages. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE • The selected candidate will be based in UNRWA HQA Amman - Jordan. • The selected candidate will receive a monthly remuneration that is equivalent to the UNRWA salary scale of Grade 15 Step 1 amounting to JD1,080.37 for every fully completed month. • The duration of the Contract is up to 12 months, and the possibility of extension is subject to the availability of funds and continuing need and satisfactory performance. • The selected candidate will report to the Senior Technical Lead.
