Tasks to be performed and deliverables
- Review international experience of communication strategies in interrelations with migrants byย end ofย July 2025;
- Develop a workplan on the Designing Communications Strategy with the Afghan Diaspora in Kazakhstan in close cooperation with project partners; (language of the report โ English/Russian) โ by end of August 2025
- Submit methodology and draft of context of communication strategy โย by end of September 2025
- Conduct interviews and consultations with project partners and beneficiaries (at least 15 interviews with project partners and 2 focus groups with 50 beneficiaries in Almaty and Shymkent) โย by end of November 2025ย ย
- Submit draft of external communication strategy โย by end of January 2025
- Present external communication strategyย withinย workshop โย by mid of February 2026ย
- Finalize document in line with recommendations โย by end of April 2026

Education
- Masterโs degree in Journalism, economics, social sciences, marketing, business administration, sustainable development or a related field withย five years of relevant professional experience;
Experience
- Proven experience in developing analytical works, preferably in migration related fields;

Strong and demonstrable interest in migration, and human rights.ย Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
