- Rรฉpondre aux appels qui arriveront sur la Ligne Verte de NRC suivant le Protocole;
- Documenter les appels dans la base de donnรฉes selon les orientations reรงues lors des sรฉances dโaccompagnements de la part de la Coordinatrice du dรฉpartement;
- Assurer le suivi des appels et apporter une rรฉponse adรฉquate selon les procรฉdures de NRC; ย
- Toute type dโinformation reรงue devra รชtre traitรฉ dans la confidentialitรฉ totale mรชme en dehors des horaires de travail;
- Autre potentielles tรขches discutรฉes avec le responsable hiรฉrarchique.
- Licence en psychologie, sociologie, ou tout domaine connexe;
- Maรฎtrise de l'informatique et de la saisie de donnรฉes sur Excel;
- Avoir une maitrise indispensable du franรงais et des 03 langues nationales les plus parlรฉes (moorรฉ, dioula fulfuldรฉ);
- Prรฉfรฉrablement avoir une bonne connaissance des principes humanitaires;
- Lโexpรฉrience de travail/volontariat avec les ONG humanitaires dans le domaine des relations communautaires est un atout.
