ย Context
Under the administrative supervision of the Head of the Legazpi Sub-Office and the technical supervision of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, the successful candidate will provide support to the monitoring, evaluation and learning needs of Mission particularly the Legazpi City Sub-Office. The incumbent will closely coordinate with project teams in performing the outlined tasks and delivering outputs.
Tool Development
Contribute to the development of standardized tools and templates for qualitative and quantitative data collection, particularly for key informant interviews (KII), focus group discussions (FGD), surveys, and capacity assessments;ยData Collection, Cleaning, and Analysis:ย
Report Writing
Prepare project monitoring reports based on performance indicators;ย Contribute to the development of thematic/sectoral reports for internal and external communications materials;Coordination:
Orient and guide enumerators in using data collection tools and data encoding templates as needed; Participate in field monitoring and evaluation visits in coordination with the project teams to monitor technical compliance and timely execution of projects vis-ร -vis approved plans and baselines Perform other relatedย duties, asย assigned. Education University degree in Social or Political Science, Development Studies, Public Administration, or any related field from an accredited academic institution with three years of professional experience; or Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience.
