Job Description
You will join the Safety Training service within CERN's HSE Department, where you will plan, coordinate and support the delivery of Safety training activities. You will play a key role in the operational management of training sessions, ensuring that courses, facilities and equipment are organised efficiently and run smoothly.
Your responsibilities:
Plan, schedule and manage training sessions, using CERN's Learning Management System (LMS).Organise training sessions, coordinating administrative, operational and logistical aspects.Maintain the training catalogue, contribute to set-up training programmes, ensure collection and analysis of feedback to support continuous improvement.Coordinate with stakeholders: trainees and managers, internal and external trainers, support services, Safety Officers, HR Learning & Development service, etc.Contribute to oversee and support service providers, ensuring quality and consistency of service delivery.Your profile:
Proficiency with computing tools such as MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Forms).Familiarity with Learning Management platforms and digital learning tools is an advantage.Experience in planning and scheduling training courses, events or other activities.Experience with coordinating suppliers, contractors or service providers is an advantage.Strong interest in the learning & development field, as well as HSE topics.Experience in an international environment is an advantage.Skills:
Excellent organisational skills, with a proactive approach.Ability to set priorities, while remaining flexible and adaptable.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.Service-oriented mindset, with rigour and attention to detail.Spoken and written both English and French.Eligibility criteria:
You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in HR, Business Administration, Education (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor's or Master's degree.You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.Applicants without University degree are not eligible.Applicants with a PhD are not eligible.Additional Information
