OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

The HSTP consists of two components: Health Service Delivery (HSD) and Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) that will be implemented by UNICEF and WHO respectively, while ensuring synergy and complementarity to maximize impact.
