Join us as the Team Leader for HIPPY Clarence, where you'll lead the Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY)โ€”a transformative, home-based learning program that empowers parents and carers to be their childโ€™s first and most important teacher. This position is part of a service that integrates community leadership with early childhood education, focusing on strengthening communities and enhancing social inclusion.

If you're eager to lead with purpose, inspire others, and make a meaningful impact, we want you on our team!

Our people are proudly local, reflective of the communities we serve - in every state and territory, and across regions, remote areas and capital cities.

It takes all types of personalities and talents to drive our organisationโ€“ yours included. We value a healthy work-life balance and ensure our people feel connected to each other and our impact. Learn from inspiring people and grow from a connection to our strong local and global networks. From our programs to our support services - this is the place to realise your purpose.

In this part-time, permanent role, youโ€™ll work as a part of our HIPPY Clarence team to help us create lasting change for children. The HIPPY Team Leader plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether itโ€™s leading a dedicated team of HIPPY Home Tutors to empower families with essential early learning tools or building strong community partnerships to enhance program delivery, youโ€™ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific, and around the world.

You will make a difference by:

Leading the implementation and day-to-day management of the HIPPY program in Clarence Recruiting, training, and supporting a team of HIPPY Home Tutors to deliver high-quality early learning support Building and nurturing relationships with local families, community organizations, and early childhood service providers Ensuring timely and accurate monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on program outcomes Developing and managing resources to support the programโ€™s success and community impact Overseeing administrative tasks, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with organisational policies and procedures

A place to feel valued:

Your deep expertise in leading teams and managing early childhood programs is invaluable. This will enable you to inspire and guide your team, foster strong community partnerships, and drive the successful implementation of the HIPPY program, ensuring positive outcomes for children and families. We recognise your contribution and provide you the support to ensure you can bring your best, knowing here you have the space and opportunity to grow.
