ย Context
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Project Associate (Social Inclusion & Integration), the School Integration and Catch-up Teacher (Social Inclusion & Integration) is responsible for organizing and facilitating catch-up educational activities for children, engaging with parents on developmental progress, monitoring participation data in coordination with project staff, ensuring the provision of necessary materials, and delivering regular updates to support effective implementation of social inclusion initiatives.
1. Organizes and conducts remedial sessions for children throughout the entire duration of the project.
- Ensures the sessions are age-appropriate, inclusive, and aligned with educational goals.
- Maintains accurate records of session content and attendance.
- Adapts session plans based on children's progress and needs.
2. Provides information to parents regarding the development of their children.
- Communicates regularly and clearly with parents or guardians.
- Documents and reports key feedback or concerns raised during parent interactions.
- Refers specific developmental concerns to appropriate specialists or project staff when needed.
3. Collects necessary data on participants of the remedial sessions and monitors participant numbers in cooperation with Project Assistant โ Social Inclusion & Integration.
- Maintains up-to-date records on attendance and participant progress.
- Ensures data is accurately compiled, stored, and shared in compliance with IOM data protection policies.
- Coordinates closely with Project Assistant to reconcile and validate attendance and engagement statistics.
4. Ensures the availability of materials and equipment used during the sessions, and regularly coordinates with the Project Assistant and the Procurement Officer regarding supply needs.
- Maintains an inventory of educational materials and equipment.
- Submits timely and clear requests for supplies to ensure continuous service delivery.
- Ensures that all materials are used responsibly and stored securely.
5. Provides continuous data reporting to the Project Assistant and the Senior Project Associate (Social Inclusion & Integration).
- Prepares and submits regular progress and monitoring reports.
- Flags operational issues or changes in participant engagement that may affect project outcomes.
- Supports the development of recommendations for improving the integration activities based on observed trends. Education
- University degree in Pedagogy, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution with 4 years of relevant experience; orย

- Experience in facilitating educational activities in community settings.

- For this position, fluency in Ukrainian, Hungarian and English (oral and written) is required.
