Under the direct supervision of the Head of Office and in close collaboration with the National Project Officer and the National Programme Support Officer, the Private Sector Engagement Specialist will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and maintaining strategic relationships with private sector actors. This includes positioning IOM Hungary as a technical partner and service provider in areas such as ethical recruitment, labour mobility, social inclusion and cohesion, and crisis response. The Specialist supports both visibility and engagement efforts and acts as a primary liaison between the mission and private sector stakeholders.

Identify potential partnership opportunities with companies in line with IOM's mandate. Explore co-financing, service-based partnerships, or CSR initiatives. Facilitate onboarding and coordination of joint initiatives with internal teams.Internal Coordination and Visibility
Collaborate with Media & Communications to promote IOMโs work in business forums and platforms. Coordinate with the Head of Programmes to assess and match opportunities with thematic priorities.Other Duties
Represent IOM Hungary in external coordination platforms, fundraising networks, and partnership forums. Undertake duty travel as necessary for partnership meetings.
