ContextWHO Somalia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Online Volunteer to support its Knowledge Management (KM) efforts. The volunteer will work closely with the External Relations and Communications team to help organize and maintain internal information assets, streamline access to key documents, and enhance the visual archive.

Task DescriptionOrganize and standardize folder structures within the shared drive (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) Label and categorize internal documents by type, theme, and date (e.g., donor reports, visibility materials, concept notes) Assist in curating and labeling a photo library, ensuring proper metadata is applied (location, event, date, captions) Support the creation of a Knowledge Management index or guide to improve team access to relevant materials Identify outdated or duplicate files for potential archiving or deletion, in coordination with the WHO team Provide suggestions for improving the overall KM system (folder structure, naming conventions, etc.)
