THE OPPORTUNITY
Plan International Ghana is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to take up the role of Supply Chain Officer for its Automotive Service Excellence and Youth Empowerment Project. The role supports efficient and compliant procurement, logistics and asset management to ensure seamless delivery of project activities and highโquality service outcomes.
ABOUT YOU
The Supply Chain Officer will play a critical role in managing the projectโs endโtoโend supply chain processes, ensuring the timely, costโeffective and compliant delivery of tools, equipment, materials and services required for the Automotive Service Excellence and Youth Empowerment Project.
You will coordinate procurement, vendor management, inventory and warehouse control, as well as inbound and outbound logistics, while maintaining strict compliance with organizational policies, donor regulations and applicable trade and safety standards.
The role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, capable of supporting a dynamic project environment and contributing to the project's goals of quality TVET delivery and improved employment opportunities for vulnerable youth.

The role will be based in the Ho office, with travel to project locations as required (approximately 10% of time). Work will involve regular engagement with suppliers, project staff, technical stakeholders and field teams to support smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
LEVEL OF CONTACT WITH CHILDREN
Low contact โ The role does not require frequent interaction with children. Any occasional contact must uphold Plan Internationalโs safeguarding standards at all times.
