The consultant will be funded under TA 10191—REG: Strengthening Climate Change Policies in Asia and the Pacific through Economic Research 2023-2025 (Subproject 1). The TA has recently applied for minor change in scope for extension to October 2026. The data scientist's assignment has a potential for extension, given that there will be several background papers that will be developed for the report, all requiring continuous data support, processing and analysis.
