The objective of the Centre is to provide trusted ICT services and digital business solutions to its Clients and Partner Organizations.
Background information:
The incumbent of this position will provide ServiceNow Support and development services within a highly collaborative environment.
Main duties and responsibilities:
The ServiceNow consultant will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Enterprise Service Management Unit Coordinator (DDES). The incumbent will undertake the following duties and deliverables:
Assess customer requirements, scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, ITSM/HRSD/ CSM build, configuration and unit testing, as well as driving the production deployment Under guidance of the Coordinator, DDES, plan, design and upgrade ITSM/HRSD/ CSM deployment projects Make recommendations for integrations, developments and enhancements Make recommendations for leveraging ServiceNow deployments and reducing operational efforts and costs Following DDES best practices, interact with project leads and technical stakeholders in building and deploying ServiceNow solutions Monitor the successful deployment of the services providedRecruitment Profile
Experience and Skills required:
Essential:
At least seven (7) years of experience in the implementation of several ServiceNow products (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) Deep critical thinking skills demonstrating analytical and systematic approach to problem solving Ability to be objective in evaluating solutions and making recommendations Proven experience in ServiceNow ecosystem and its integrations Familiarity with other ITSM systems (e.g. BMC Remedy, Landesk, Zendesk, Easyvistaโฆ) Excellent knowledge of best practices around SIM Methodology Familiarity with ServiceNow partner portalEducation:
Essential:
Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology or related areaDesirable:
Certifications in Service Now environment (e.g. ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CAD, ServiceNow Micro Certificates)Languages:

Fee will be based either on the National Officer salary scales or the Individual Consultancy band levels (for Headquarters)
