Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Senior Staff Development Assistant is assigned in the Culture and Talent Division (BPCT) within the Budget, People, and Management Systems Department (BPMSD).You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated Technical International Staff and senior officer.
Your Role
As a Senior Staff Development Assistant, you will provide a full range of technical support to BPCT. You will be tasked to support the division's learning and development activities, including data analytics and management, knowledge management and reporting.
You will: - Support the management and maintenance of ADB's Learning & Development Management System (LDMS) and other platforms such as Learning Experience Platform (LXP), Moodle, and LinkedIn Learning. Collaborate with the Information Technology Department (ITD) and HR Systems and Analytics (HRSA) team to manage and support the LDMS and other learning systems.
Qualifications
You will need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or any related field such as Instructional Design or Education technology, preferably with advanced training. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience preferably in development institutions, international organizations, private or public institutions. Experience in setting up and managing courses within an LDMS, including creating learning paths, modules, curricula, and user permission. Certification/s and/or training on learning systems, e-learning authoring, and multimedia tools. Knowledge in creating SCORM compliant content is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office 365 suites – Word, Excel, PowerPoint among others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and addressing user queries. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Familiarity working in a multicultural environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
