Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for partnering with leaders and managers to find the best global talent available to help the organization meet its important strategies and missions. We develop and execute effective and consistent talent sourcing and selection strategies to hire candidates for various positions ranging from leadership to entry level around the globe.
This position is a limited-term position focused on meeting immediate hiring needs across several foundation divisions for 9 months and is based in Seattle, WA. Relocation will not be provided.
Your Role
You will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitments, partnering closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently, provide candidate recommendations, and ensure smooth interview-to-offer experience. You will leverage your sourcing expertise to build long-term talent pipelines using existing tools, templates, and processes. Youโll also collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Team partners to stay aligned with staffing priorities and timelines.
What Youโll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across divisional teams, inclusive of full-time positions and interim needs (e.g., parental leave backfills).
Partner with Executive Recruiters and hiring managers to launch searches, post roles, and coordinate candidate communications through interview and offer stages.
Source and engage qualified candidates across all levels, including specialized and technical roles, using effective sourcing strategies and tools.
Use existing templates and tools to draft job descriptions across relevant platforms.
Recommend top candidates for interviews by screening resumes and conducting initial assessments.
Engage candidates and hiring teams in a collaborative and transparent process that supports shared ownership and informed decision-making.
Act as an advising partner to hiring managers by developing hiring strategies, sharing talent market insights and candidate trends within the interim scope.
Lead intake or kickoff meetings to clarify role requirements and hiring process and timelines.
Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in Workday (ATS) and Beamery (CRM).
Your Experience
Seven plus years of proven experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment. Bachelorโs or equivalent demonstrated experience required.
Proven track record of sourcing, engaging and attracting a wide range of talent, including global and technical, with inclusive practices and candidate outreach strategies.
Ability to use verbal and written communication skills to network and build relationships, and persuade and influence others, specifically at the most senior levels of the organization.
Ability to effectively scope problems, build and apply a relevant knowledge base to make hiring decisions confidently and with conviction.
Experience in using talent acquisition data to inform search strategy and partner engagement is highly preferred.

The salary range for this role is $140,200-$210,200 USD. We recognize high-wage market differences in Seattle and Washington D.C., where our offices are located. The range for this role in these locations is $152,800-$229,200 USD. As a mission-driven organization, we strive to balance competitive pay with our mission. New hires salaries are typically between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidateโs job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
