๐ฑ Key Responsibilities
Design and implement impactful programs that respond to the needs and aspirations of children and youth. Facilitate community engagement through inclusive workshops, meetings, and events that promote local ownership and participation. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, using data and insights to continuously improve our work. Build strong partnerships with community members, local government units, and other stakeholders to create a safe and supportive environment for children.
๐ก What Weโre Looking For
A strong commitment to child rights and youth empowerment. A degree in social work, development studies, or a related field. 2โ3 years of experience in community development or child-focused programming. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate.
