Job Description
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Program Facilitator is expected to collaborate with Plan International Zimbabwe MERL Coordinator and Cluster Accountant as well as with Plan International Denmarkโs Senior Program Manager and Grants Compliance Specialist.

A degree in Social Sciences, or related field with experience working with local civil society and coalitions to drive national agenda on youth led civil society strengthening. A minimum of 2 years community development exposure coordinating development programs and implementing partners. Experience in liaising with donors, government officials and other NGOs Previous knowledge of what it takes to ensure equal partnerships with several CSOs
