The incumbent of this post is responsible to the Senior Staff Nurse in the Health Centre he/she is assigned to. ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent: 1- Performs nursing activities required for child health, school health, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), screening (Gender-Based Violence (GBV), disability,...etc.), dental care assistance, non-communicable disease (NCD) services including follow up defaulters, assist specialist room, perform services in treatment room, triage services and health education activities according to the family health team approach; and according to the program’s technical instructions; 2- Conducts home-visits for high-risk cases (growth retarded, anemic, defaulters,bedridden/disabled patients, un-controlled NCD patients .... etc.); where applicable 3- Keeps adequate recording of received and used supplies needed for the nursing activities in her/his assigned working station; 3.4 Maintains a high standard of infection control to ensure safety of staff and clients; 5- Complies with all relevant safety and healthy occupational environment, to ensure a healthy and safe work environment; 6- Provides services through the electronic medical records system, including data entry and proper recording; and participates and facilitates in the training activities and on the job training; 7- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor. Work Experience1- At least two years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience in a similar role is required. 2- Experience in the use of computer and understanding of its usage in health applications.
