As the Policy and Administrative Coordinator, you will be joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion and equity while being responsible for:
Maintaining and updating all policies and procedures and instructional guides under your portfolio.Coordinating the review and assessment of business processes and coordinating change management communication and strategy efforts.Providing administrative and support functions to Directors of the divisions and acting as a focal point for internal and external clients.For more details on the primary duties and responsibilities, view Job Details.

You Have:
A university degree or college certificate in administration, or another relevant field.Proficiency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in areas such as business process review, policy review and development, and project management. Experience providing administrative and support functions to a directorโs office.Excellent knowledge of management processes, business systems and internal controls.A sound understanding of business processes review and policy formulation.You Are:
