A place to make a difference:

In this permanent full-time role, you’ll work as a part of our People & Culture team in our Melbourne office to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The P&C Transformation Partner plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether it’s driving people-focused transformation, fostering agile leadership alignment, and building organisational capability that empowers our workforce to deliver lasting impact for children and communities, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.

You will make a difference by:

· Championing a culture that fosters a values-driven, inclusive culture that underpins organisational transformation and strengthens our shared purpose.

· Change leadership to drive complex change initiatives that enhance outcomes for children, guiding cultural evolution while respecting our mission-led heritage.

· Strategic partnering with senior leaders to address critical people challenges using data-driven insights and innovative strategies that influence key decisions.

· Digital innovation to elevate employee experience, streamline processes, and create seamless, future-ready solutions to empower our workforce through change

· Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

· Supporting the delivery of the Reconciliation Action Plan

This role requires:

· Exceptional communicator able to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans

· Experience in the community services sector and a passion for making the world a better place for children
