What youโll be driving day-to-day:
In this full time permanent role*, youโll join our People & Culture team to turn workforce data into smart, people-first decisions that help our frontline deliver life-changing impact.
In this role, youโll have the following responsibilities:
Own our data management game โ keep our people data across all platforms & systems accurate, clean, and ready to drive better decisions. Spot the people trends that matter โ identify root causes behind people-related challenges and propose evidence-based solutions Get pay right โ manage our benchmark remuneration processes so our people are rewarded fairly and equitably Level up our tools โ support with the continuous improvement of process, system and data management tools, as well as own our People operational processes Collaborate & share knowledge โ share findings and provide recommendations to senior leadership and P & C stakeholders through clear, compelling visualisations and narrativesWhat youโll bring:
Ideally, youโll be based in a time-zone that is compatible to the Australian eastern seaboard.
You will have:
3+ years in People Analytics, HR data analysis, or similar role. Skills in data visualisation tools (bonus points for Power BI) as well as strong Excel capabilities Experience in workforce analytics and identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Strong communication skills to inspire action with your findings.Why youโll love it here:
