UNDP CO seeks a dedicated professional to provide day-to-day support and ensure cleanliness of the CO premises.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Administrative Associate, the Office Cleaner/Helper provides sanitary services and reliable office support services.
Duties and Responsibilitiesย
Provides efficient disinfection and cleaning services
Provides efficient helper/messenger services focusing on achievement of the following results.
Receiving, sorting, delivery and pick up of mail from various offices on the premises at regular intervals.ย Maintenance of records as required; Packing of materials received for dispatch; labeling, inserting materials in envelopes and dispatching mail; Keeping records of meeting rooms bookings; Welcoming visitors, checking on observance of sanitary measures, as required, advising on meeting location,ย recording visitors details, if required; Ensuring that tea, water and refreshments are served during official meetings as requested; keeping stock of such supplies; Support in the loading, unloading and movement of furniture, equipment and/orย office supplies; Perform variety of unskilled tasks as helper.The incumbent performs other duties within their functional profile as deemed necessary for the efficient functioning of the Office and the Organization.
