Introduction
UNDP is seeking a qualified national candidate to undertake the role of technical expert to support iLandscape project operation and support the collaboration between UNDP and VNFOREST (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) on works related to forest and land use sector.
Objective of the assignment: To provide technical support to operation of iLandscape project and collaboration between UNDP and Department of VNFOREST on works related to forest and land use sector. Expected results are:
- Project monthly reports and workplan (monthly workplans, quarterly workplans) and annual reports
- High quality technical terms of references and technical reports for activities of the project
- High quality inputs to project amendment documents and reports;
- Updated project log-frame indicators (result frameworks) every quarter;
Estimated number of working days: IC is expected to work for 150 days during August 2025 โ March 2026.
Duty station: Hanoi (home-based) & project sites. Travel to project sites will be covered by UNDP separately according to the EU UN cost-norm 2022 rates.
Expected places of travel: The consultant is expected to travel to the project provinces upon UNDP request, including Lam Dong and Dak Nong provinces.
Location: Ha Noi and travel to Lam Dong and Dak Nong provinces.

Female consultants are encouraged to bid for this required service. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified female consultants. Submission obtaining the highest weighted points (technical points + financial points) will be selected subject to positive reference checks on the consultantโs past performance. Interviews with the candidates may be held if deemed necessary.
