The โVitalizing the Viet Nam National Innovation Centerโ project (NIC Project) is funded by the government of Japan to address significant development challenges in Vietnam's innovation ecosystem, particularly limited access to capital, fragmentation among stakeholders, and a skills gap in critical innovation areas.
To support the effective implementation of policy research and capacity building activities under the NIC Project, UNDP is seeking a Policy Research and Capacity Building Consultant to provide both capacity building and policy research & formulation support. The consultant will play a key role in strengthening the innovation ecosystem by designing and delivering targeted training programs, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the development of evidence-based policy recommendations. This role is essential to ensure that capacity development and policy advocacy are aligned with national priorities and effectively respond to the needs of startups, ecosystem actors, and government stakeholders.
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
