Project Context and Scope ย  Established in 1951, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) is the leading intergovernmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental partners. IOM is committed to promoting humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all by providing services and advice to governments and migrants. From 2023 to 2025, IOM Kazakhstan is implementing a 24-month project funded by the U.S. Department of Stateโ€™s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). The project, โ€œStrengthening Legislation on Combating Trafficking in Persons in Kazakhstan,โ€ supports the Government and Parliament of Kazakhstan in enhancing anti-trafficking legislation through expert and technical assistance.

Accountability: Takes ownership for achieving the Organizationโ€™s priorities and assumes responsibility for own actions and delegated work.
