- Provide regular progress reports to the APM and the Area Manager (AM) and promote and share ideas for improvement and recommend necessary changes in activities
- Ensure that key learnings are extracted from the projects and incorporated into program strategy and staff development processes
- Establish mechanisms and processes which facilitates coordinated ways of working amongst individuals and teams related to the project(s)
- Take actions to ensure appropriate and predictable context understanding across the project,
- Providing technical supervision and guidance to Shelter and PfV staff in coordination with APM and CCs specialists
- Monitoring implementation of the project, achievement of targets and post distribution monitoring and outcome monitoring exercise
- Overview of the Complaints and Feedback Mechanism (CFM) and NRC Community Hotline
- Any other relevant tasks as assigned by the reporting lines.ย
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior project implementation position in a humanitarian/recovery context, particularly in project start-up.
- Experience of working in complex and volatile contexts
- Project management experience, including management of staff and team building/motivation, project cycle management, MEL analysis, donor reporting
- Documented experience multiple sectors/CCs project startups
- Knowledge about own leadership skills/profileย
