DRC is currently looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer (ABA Consortium) in Mykolaiv.
About the job
DRC is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Fund Officer for DRCโs implementation in the ABA Consortium. The successful candidate will fulfill responsibilities including, but not limited to supporting partners DRC is working with through the consortium with rolling out their MEAL activities according to the MEAL Plan. The MEAL Officer will work closely with the Consortium MEAL Specialist to roll out MEAL design to be standardised across DRCโs activities within the consortium.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
Ensures standardised MEAL processes across the consortium led by the Consortium MEAL Specialist are integrated into DRCโs partner programming in the consortium. Conducts Due Diligence (DD) MEAL assessments โ initial review of partner MEAL-related policies and systems as part of onboarding. Provides development and validation of logframes, IPTs, and MEAL plans โ ensuring logical coherence, feasibility, and donor alignment. Carries out a validation and development of MEAL tools โ including surveys, PAMs, FGDs, KIIs, or providing tailored guidance to partners on tool adaptation. Reviews and approves reports (narrative, final, PLT, PAM reports) โ identifying inconsistencies, ensuring alignment with MEAL plans, and following up with partners for clarification. Supports with IPT / Activity Info reporting โ including partner coordination, issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Contributes to Partnersโ capacity development by training on MEAL related aspects. Carries out activities requested by the Fund Manager, MEAL Specialist, and/or Chief of Party related to MEAL activities.About you

Contract length: 3 month probation period, with the possibility of extension based on funding and satisfactory performance. Band: H. Designation of Duty Station: Mykolaiv.
