We are now looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Communications, Advocacy, and Campaigns (CAC) Unit. If you're passionate about strategic communications, digital engagement, and making a real impact, this could be the role for you!

Job Description

As our Marketing Communications Specialist, you will:

โœ… Design and implement marketing communications plans aligned with our business development and fundraising strategy.
โœ… Lead digital content creation and manage our social media presence to amplify our advocacies and campaigns.
โœ… Promote fundraising events and support donor communications to strengthen relationships with partners and individual givers.
โœ… Analyze donor trends and behaviors to inform impactful communication strategies.
โœ… Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to raise brand awareness and credibility.
โœ… Support emergency response communications when needed.

Qualifications

๐ŸŽ“ Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
๐Ÿ“Š Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, media, strategic communications, or campaign work.
๐Ÿ—ฃ Strong skills in public/media relations, written and verbal communication, and negotiation.
๐Ÿ“š Background in data banking and publication.
๐Ÿ’ป Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
๐Ÿค Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
๐Ÿš— Willingness to conduct fieldwork in program areas.
๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ Must be a Filipino national and currently based in the Philippines.
