The overall objective of the study is to establish existing policies, practices and systems supporting data ecosystem in the country.
The specific objectives are:
Conduct mapping of policies, practices, technologies used in the existing data ecosystem Conduct extensive desk review and analysis of published reports relating to data ecosystem Use the findings to design a prototype Joint data ecosystem Use the findings to cost the Joint programme on Data Ecosystem
1.Scope of work
