The purpose of the LFS Coordinator position is day-to-day implementation and supervision of the LFS Projects and team in Sudan, White Nile. The post holder will ensure all activities are implemented in a timely manner and with high quality. He/she will also oversee the support functions of the satellite offices in Sudan

Projects Implementation
Supervise the implementation of all LFS activities with technical support from LFS manager and specialist. Develop timely and detailed monthly implementation plans for LFS activities in close coordination with the LFS teams and support departments.ย Review achievements and constraints in a weekly basis; andย โprovide feedback accordingly. In charge of the day-to-day guidance of the LFS field staff making sure that project implementations are in line with NRC technical guidelines, and donor regulations and are done on time with quality. Follow up on a daily basis with the support department (finance, logistics, HR, and administration) to guarantee the smooth running of LFS activities that include movement planning, internal request, payments, HR, etc. Ensure that the security plan and procedure are adhered to in all operations, including staffย โmovements, etc.ย ย Consolidate weekly and monthly activity progress reports and participate in the drafting of donor reports. Follow up on all NRC LFS activities implemented by local partners, government departments, and service providers.ย Identify training needs of LFS teams, partners, and community committees and organize/facilitate training events as needed. Identify capacity development needs for supervised staff and communicate with LFS Manager for planning Assist with the training of the LFS teams to ensure they have a solid understanding of the projectโs technical design, implementation approaches, NRC & donor policies, and tools, including M&E tools.ย Lead on stakeholder sensitization and maintain a good working relationship with all stakeholders in the respective geographic areas.ย Ensure adequate and safe records of all project deliveries (cash, vouchers, in-kind, etc.) including but not limited to the beneficiary database, receipt, storage, dispatch, and distributions. Represent NRC at local level stakeholders and participate in meetings called by local representatives and/or other partners operating in the areaMonitoring and Evaluation

Minim ofย bachelorโs degree preferably in agriculture, Agro-economy, economy, social sciences, development studies, or another relevant discipline. Proven 3 years of experience implementing LFS interventions in a humanitarian/recovery context. Proven 2 years of experience in team and project management. Previous experience working in complex and volatile contexts. Documented results related to the positionโs responsibilities.
