About the Hiring Group RTIโs Exposure and Protection (E&P) Group, has been its focus on inhalation exposure assessment and corresponding effects on human health through basic and applied research that spans the entire source-exposure-dose paradigm. We are seeking a motivated Laboratory Research Assistant to support ongoing research and lab operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in scientific research and laboratory procedures. Youโll play an important part in maintaining a safe and productive lab environment while assisting with data collection and research activities. What You'll Do As a Laboratory Research Assistant, youโll support research activities by performing a range of tasks in a laboratory environment. Youโll help record observations and measurements, report findings, and ensure the lab remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols. This includes disinfecting and maintaining lab equipment and clean rooms, receiving and inspecting raw materials, and assisting with ordering and stocking lab supplies. What You'll Need Bachelorโs degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biomedical Engineering).
