Weโre looking for early career professionals to join the Electronics Production & Radiation Tolerant Section (EPR) within the Controls Electronics and Mechatronics (CEM) under the Beams Department (BE), and contribute to the worldโs greatest scientific institution.
In this role, your main tasks will be related to EPRโs digital systems integration and validation. Youโll spend around 70% of your time working in electronics-related tasks and 30% in radiation effects-related tasks, including:
Integrating Access Database โChouetteโ into Job Management Systems (JMS) and validating functionalities;Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);Maintenance of Power BI Dashboards;Overseeing the sectionโs websites;Ensuring effective ticketing system integration with sectionโs services.Your profile
Skills
Required:
PowerBI;Python;SQL and/or Data Management.Desired:
Experience with invoicing;Experience with procurement workflow;Experience with Web Content Management;Experience writing technical documentation;Language:
Spoken and written English or French, with a commitment to learn the basics of the other language.Eligibility criteria:
You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Computing (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is a general secondary education diploma.You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.Applicants with a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree are not eligible.Additional Information
