Translate the product and content roadmaps into backlogs of prioritized user stories and requirements which you will deliver in periodic releases. Guide business stakeholders in identifying, classifying and organizing their content. Where needed, support the preparation of content roadmaps and plans. This includes any content migrations that may be required. Support business stakeholders in the implementation and rollout of the enterprise taxonomies and other content governance initiatives. Prepare business cases for product and content releases, including cost estimations, benefits and impact. Supervise teams of developers, business analysts, testers as well as vendor teams to deliver high-quality product releases. Allocate work to assigned resources Develop and implement test plans and conduct all required testing Measure system usage and performance as input to product decisions and improvements. This includes usage and cost of cloud services. Provide product support in line with agreed Service level Agreements, in close coordination with ADB's IT help desk and business stakeholders. Ensure compliance with any applicable standards and processes. This includes the ADB engineering standards, security standards, the responsible AI framework, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the project management framework. Ensure documentation is produced. Together with vendors and the ADB infrastructure team, set up the technical cloud environment(s) of assigned application systems in Azure and AWS, including CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Work with the adoption and change management team to provide training of users and other stakeholders. Regularly submit reports on progress status including problems encountered and resource requirements of assigned application systems. Stay up to date with the latest in AI technologies, as in knowledge and content management systems. Advise on how those can be used by ADB.

Qualifications

You will need:

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or related areas, preferably with advanced training. At least 8 years of experience in developing and implementing large-scale IT systems, including 2 to 3 years of experience in team leadership role for relatively big systems development/implementation projects. Additionally, at least 5 years of experience in enterprise applications and 3 years of experience in team leadership role for application systems development/implementation projects. At least 5 years of experience in delivering and maintaining knowledge and content management systems, preferably with hands-on experience Experience deploying at least one Generative AI-powered system to production using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). At least 3 years of experience in delivering and maintaining SharePoint in large corporate settings, preferably including hands-on experience At least 3 years of experience in delivering systems based on Microsoft 365 and Azure (or AWS), preferably including hands-on experience Experience implementing search engines, relevance ranking, and search engine optimization, including taxonomies Excellent experience in providing support for IT systems. Good knowledge in agile system development methodologies and in the use of associated productivity tools (Azure DevOps, SDLC). Ability to develop rapport internally and externally in a multicultural environment. Able to work collaboratively with teams as a constructive team member.
