Any extensions are subject to operational needs, consultant performance, and continued availability of funds.Specific considerations for this assignment, if any, are discussed here:To be qualified for the position, the candidates must meet the minimum required qualifications as follows: (i) IPS will have at least a bachelor’s degree in procurement, business administration, or other related fields. (ii) Minimum 10 years of experience working for the recruitment of consultants (covering preparation of advertisements, issuance of request for proposals, evaluations of technical and financial proposals, contract negotiations) in complex services, and minimum 5 years of experience working for procurement of goods (covering preparation of tender and contract documents, evaluation of bids, and contracts managements of projects), both of which are financed by ADB. (iii) Preferably 5 years of experience working for the above financed by development partners (e.g. WB, AIIB).
