About this position

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, team-oriented and innovative Resource Planning & Administration Associate/Senior Associate (RPA) to perform a wide range of administrative functions in the areas of Human Resources, Budget, Procurement, and Training. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a client-centric approach to service and utilize leveraging data analytics to manage the resource allocation and support informed decision making.

You will work in the Front Office of the Human Resources Department (HRD), which is responsible for the administration and development of the IDB Group human capital. HRD manages the full employee lifecycle and implements the People Strategy to support the IDBโ€™s results-based business model. HRD is also committed to delivering human-centered experiences and fostering partnerships with professionals passionate about improving lives in Latin America and the Caribbean. HRD has centralized its project and resources management functions into one single team under the Head of the Project Management Office and Resources Management Group. In this role, you will report to the Head of this group and play a key role in aligning and optimizing resource allocation to support HRDโ€™s mission.
