1. Objective of the assignment
The assignment is for the purpose of covering the role of a Talent Business Partner due to the increased workload expected in light of various ongoing initiatives, worth mentioning the ERP Project Transformation AIMS 2.0.
2. Deliverables/Servicesย
The incumbent will perform the following principal duties:
a) Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with sector leads, managers, and staff in designated areas, proactively supporting the strategic agenda of the business and leveraging the overall talent strategy.
b) Workforce Planning: Lead strategic workforce planning exercises, influencing talent management strategies to address current and future workforce needs.
c) Performance and Development Advise on performance and development-related matters; encourage skills and behaviors development to guide performance dialogues and foster a culture of continuous feedback.
d) Talent Acquisition and Succession Planning: Collaborate with sector leads, managers, and the Employee Experience Unit to identify and attract diverse, high-performing talent for critical roles. Ensure timely acquisition and internal mobility opportunities, fostering transparency and fairness. Partner with managers to document talent needs within workforce planning frameworks, supporting effective succession planning.ย
e) Data Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to facilitate talent management decisions; analyze data for reporting and planning purposes, sharing insights with stakeholders.
f) Policy Development: Provide substantive input to inform the development of HR guidelines and policies based on observations and feedback from the business.
g) Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong partnerships across, such as the Employee Experience Unit and HR Operations Service.
h) Project Management: Initiate and support projects for various HR initiatives, working horizontally across the broader HRMD and the Employee Experience team to support the launch of programs related to Talent Management, digitalization, and others.
i) Perform other related duties as required.โ
3. Reporting
The contractor works under the supervision of the Senior Talent Business Partner.
4. Profile (e.g. area of specialization/expertise, specific knowledge/skills/experience)ย
An advanced university degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field or a first level university degree plus two additional years of relevant experience (i.e. nine years).ย
At least seven years of professional experience in human resources including in business partnering. Experience in data analysis including in the field of Human Resources Management. Experience resolving complex HR issues.

6. Duration of contract and payment
The duration of the contract is 9 months, from July 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
Applicants are requested to provide an indication of their remuneration expectations in Swiss francs (daily rate).
