Second, it focuses on data and normative frameworks by developing a national Durable Solutions Data Toolkit to support a common statistical framework for internally displaced persons (IDPs). Third, the project promotes innovative, integrated solutions by developing urban and territorial strategies emphasizing social cohesion, tenure security, and access to basic services.
