Based on the development concept of \"innovation, openness, practice, and sharing\", and with the aim of improving the innovative service capabilities in terms of CUE's educational level, it intends to improve teachers' ability and students' literacy and promote students' professional development through capacity-building such as talent team building and innovation and entrepreneurship development. The Chinese Language and Literature, Internet and New Media, and Fashion Communication are CUE’s key specialities. Enhancing teachers' research and innovation capabilities as well as their international perspectives is crucial for strengthening the development of these specialities. By introducing (recruiting) high-level experts in the field of digital cultural communication, we can guide and motivate a great number of young key teachers. This collaboration will align with cutting-edge academic trends, clarify research directions, and incubate a great number of high-quality outcomes. It will enhance the research capabilities and teaching standards of the faculty, thereby increasing the social competitiveness of the specialities.
