Weโre seeking a Head of Global Technology and Delivery to develop, design and deliver a technology and digital roadmap, combining strategy, execution, and impact. This is a hybrid role for a leader who thrives at both strategy and hands-on execution. Youโll define our technology vision, pilot new initiatives and scale digital and technology products internationally, building distributed teams, while also being willing to lean in to problem-solve and deliver when needed.
 
What You'll Do
Lead the design and execution of a global technology roadmap, including aligning internally on the product roadmap in line with the investment plan.
Build scalable platforms that balance global standardization with local adaptation.
Oversee architecture, data, integrations, and security.
Build and manage a distributed team (in-house or outsourced partners).
Lead technical assessment of build or buy options in support of product strategy.
Partner with innovation & growth, product marketing, business and operations leaders to deliver seamless user experiences.
Represent technology to investors, partners, and global stakeholders.

What You'll Bring
Bachelorโs Degree (or international equivalent) in a related field. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted. At least 10 years of related experience.At least 3 years of supervisory experience.Previous experience in senior technology roles (e.g. Head of Technology, Head/VP Engineering, or similar) with multi-country experience.Proven track record scaling digital platforms in emerging markets/Global South.Proven experience in a โbootstrappedโ environment including designing and scaling social enterprise models.Skilled at balancing executive strategy with hands-on delivery.Comfortable building distributed teams and leveraging local capabilities.Experienced with mobile-first, cloud-based, and API-driven solutions.Motivated by the opportunity to make a global health impact.
