About the Job

Technical Support to Country Operations

Provide hands-on technical guidance and operational standards for mixed migration programming across protection, asylum, returns, and mobile service delivery models Support country teams to translate analysis into practical, field-ready responses in border, transit, urban, and cross-border settings Advise on risk management, donor conditionality, and ethical red lines to ensure safe, principled implementation

Programme Development & Partnerships

Support global business development and donor engagement, ensuring funding aligns with DRCโ€™s strategy, ethics, and programmatic strengths Build and maintain strategic partnerships with donors, NGOs, UN agencies, and research institutions Demonstrate impact and return on investment through resource mobilisation, influence, and strengthened organisational positioning.
