ROLE PURPOSE

Reporting to the Program and Influencing Quality and Delivery Manager and based in Country Office, the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Advisor will provide technical support to the Country office projects on GE and inclusion related functions. The position will support the overall management of the CO GE and Inclusion strategy within the Country Strategy in line with Plan International โ€˜s gender transformative programming approach. The role will support CO projects to be more gender transformative and provide capacity building support to projects and partners. The role will position Plan International Liberia as a leader in the area of gender equality and inclusion in the country. The Role will liaise with project coordinators and coordinate with program managers and other members of the Country Leadership Team (CLT).
