- Role and responsibilities

Specific responsibilitiesย
These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus and type of programme intervention. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly.ย
Verify that vouchers and supporting documents meet NRC standards before payment. Be responsible for payments to Partners. Provide inputs to Partnersโ agreements at the negotiation stage and follow up during the Implementation stage Verify Partnersโ financial reports, ensure that all supporting documents meet NRC standards, clear and eligible. Conduct meetings with Partners at the stage of negotiation, prepare presentations for induction and information sessions. Be on stand by for the support of new partners with trainings and be able to discover problems during implementation period. Ensure that all costs are timely booked into Agresso. Be responsible to write transactions numbers on the vouchers and label financial documents Prepare bank accounts reconciliations. Ensure implementing of the routine for securing supporting documentation in a digital format.ย Assist to the Finance Coordinator (FC) and the Finance Manager (FM) in internal and external audits and preparing donor reports Verification of financial transactions per projects Any other tasks as assigned.ยCritical interfaces
