FHI 360 is a non-profit human development organization dedicated to advancing equity, health, and wellbeing through data-driven, locally led solutions โ€” so that humanity thrives. Our staff includes experts in Health, Education, Nutrition, Environment, Economic Development, Civil Society, Gender, Youth, Research and Technology; creating a unique mix of capabilities to address today's interrelated development challenges. FHI 360 serves more than 60 countries, all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Finance Officer for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) project in Lesotho. The position will be based in Maseru, Lesotho.

Project description:

The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has entered into a new Compact, Compact II with the Government of Lesotho (GOL). The project focuses on sustainably improving clinical service delivery, building the capacity of district health management teams (DHMTs), and the inclusion of gender-based violence clinical treatment and response protocols in line with the requirements of the 2022 Domestic Violence Bill.

Job description:

The Finance Officer coordinates financial management and operations of the MCC/MCA project in Lesotho and the Finance Department, under the oversight of the Finance & Operations Manager.
