NRC is looking for a Finance Manager to join the Myanmar mission. The role holder will support fresh and innovative teams of highly professional finance staff across NRCโs areas of operations.

What you will do
- Financial overview and monthly financial reporting.
- Financial systems, routines, and procedures implementation.
- Budget control and cashflow monitoring.
- Report and analysis provision.
- Account reconciliations.
- Financial management routines and systems.
- Standard operating proceduresย development and updates.
- Anti-corruption policyย implementation.

What you will bring
- Senior financial management experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
- Computer software and modern accounting systemsย proficiency.
- Remote team management, supervision, and support experience.
- Start-up and/or exitย exposure.
- Complex and volatileย context exposure, working with displacement affected people.
- Myanmar contextย exposure and knowledge.
- English fluency, both written and verbal.

What we offer
