Dans le cadre de sa formation, le/ la stagiaire apportera un appui quotidien à l’équipe financière dans la gestion comptable, le suivi budgétaire, la trésorerie et l’archivage. Il/elle contribuera à renforcer la qualité et la conformité des opérations financières selon les règles internes et les exigences des bailleurs de fonds au sein du bureau de Ouagadougou.
Responsabilités spécifiques
Organiser l’archivage physique et numériques des pièces comptables ;Préparer les pièces justificatives des transactions (factures, reçus, etc.);Aider à la saisie des écritures comptables; Vérifier la conformité des pièces selon les procédures de l’ONG et des bailleurs;Participer à la préparation des pièces pour les audits internes/externes;Soutenir ponctuellement d’autres départements (logistique, RH) dans leurs tâches financières si besoin;Appuyer l’équipe dans le processus de récupération de la TVA.Compétences professionnelles
Diplôme : au moins un diplôme BAC+ 2 en finance comptabilité / audit et contrôle de gestion; Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel;Connaissances de base en comptabilité générale;Sens de l’organisation, rigueur, discrétion et esprit d’équipe;Volonté d’apprendre et de s’adapter à un environnement de travail dynamique.
