Role Overview Summary
Provide financial administration including payroll and statutory reporting and partner financial management support to W2W project grant in alignment to VSO volunteering for development (VfD), ensuring compliance to VSO policies, quality assurance standards and donor requirements, contributing to the achievement of project objectives, VSOโs vision and mission.
Ideal Applicant Summary
Fully Qualified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (ACCA) license. At least 3 years of professional experience in grant finance with sound knowledge and skills in technical accounting and financial management of restricted donor funding, procurement procedure, grant management, payroll and donor rules and regulations for non-profit organisations. Knowledge of donor requirements preferably UNFPA/UN and or other donors FCDO, USAID, EU. Partner financial management and partner capacity building skills and experience. Understanding of volunteering for development approach practical experience of volunteering for development and or working with volunteering sector will be an advantage.
