The Field Research Officer will report to the Medical Officer/Principal Investigator/Co-Principal Investigator of the projects and will be responsible for supervision in the field sites, with special focus on monitoring wellbeing of study participants, in coordination with the stakeholders/sub-recipient/partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the data collection team in conducting fieldwork and other research activities assigned by the supervisor; Support the supervisor in developing data collection tools, SOPs of data collection and quality assurance; Plan and execute fieldwork, provide daily updates to the immediate supervisor, and troubleshoot field-related issues to ensure targets are met within the given timeline; Conduct periodic quality assurance of data collection, update field activity logs in the given format, and report to the supervisor; Conduct qualitative interviews, and contribute in writing field report; Liaise with relevant local stakeholders, including government and non-government actors, local government representatives, and NGOs; Contribute in writing project-related reports.Required qualifications and experience:
Masterโs in any discipline. 5 years of experience in the relevant field including experience in field implementation and conducting of clinical trials.Location: Tongi, Gazipur but may change depending on project requirement.

Contract Type and Duration:
Contractual Services Agreement basis (CSA); duration will be 4 months with a possibility of extension subject to performance.Salary & benefits:
Tk. 62,895/- per month (consolidated) inclusive of house rent and conveyance allowances; Festival bonus, income tax paid by icddr,b and subsidized canteen; Transport and daycare facilities are subject to space availability.Notes of attention:
